Design Process
Pre-design phase:
A 15-minute phone call/Zoom meeting to introduce the project and confirm design consultation and consultation fee

​Design Consultation: 1 hour. We meet at the project site to discuss the project vision, goals, budget, and solutions.
PHASE 2
Contract confirmation.
Programming, site visits, and measurement.
Project proposal using 3d schematic design concepts, ffe proposal, the scope of works, and timeline.
PHASE 3
Floor plans, and sections. elevations, 3d drawings, and materials are revised and finalized.
For commercial projects, construction documents are finalized and timelines confirmed.
PHASE 4
Project management and construction.
PHASE 5
Project delivery, installation, and completion.
