At SDC Designs, we offer Virtual Interior Design consultation to transform your space effortlessly. In our personalized online session: 1. We will review your space together and find solutions for the challenges you’re facing, for example, layout, color, storage, etc. 2. Create a clear plan for you to implement. Design consultation includes: •Pre-consultation questionnaire to understand your goals, inspiration, design style, design challenges, budget, and timeline. • 60 minute live virtual design session. • Design research Space planning suggestions, furniture, and lighting options. • Presentation board • Post-consultation summary with next steps. This consultation is perfect for: Homeowners, renters, busy professionals, and anyone who wants designer guidance without the commitment of full-service design. Booking: 1. Book your consultation through our online booking system. 2. You will receive a welcome email for clarity. 3. We need photos, videos, and basic measurements of your space.
Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: February 20, 2026 Company Name: SDC Designs LLC 1. We provide interior design services remotely, including consultations, concept designs, layouts, presentation boards, and product recommendations. All deliverables are provided digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not provide in-person services, site visits, project management, or construction oversight unless explicitly stated. 2. The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, including measurements, photos, videos, preferences. The Client is responsible for verifying all details before implementation. We are not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client. Clients should consult qualified professionals for installation or technical work. 3. All fees are agreed in advance. Payment may be required in full or in installments as outlined in the proposal. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Work may be paused or withheld until payment is received. The Client is responsible for all third-party costs, including furniture, materials, shipping, and contractor fees. 4. Services may include a limited number of revisions as specified. Additional revisions or significant changes may incur additional fees. 5. Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely client communication and feedback. Delays caused by the Client or third parties may affect delivery timelines. 6. We may recommend third-party products but do not guarantee availability, pricing, or performance. We are not responsible for issues related to third-party purchases. 7. We do not provide architectural, engineering, electrical, plumbing, or code compliance services. Clients are responsible for consulting licensed professionals where required. 8. All designs remain SDC Designs property until full payment is received. Upon payment, the Client is granted a non-transferable license for personal or agreed use. Designs may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without written consent. 9.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or implementation of our designs. 10.Either party may terminate services with written notice. The Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, lack of communication, or inappropriate conduct.
