Consultation includes: •Pre-consultation questionnaire to understand your goals, inspiration, design style, budget, and timeline. • 60–90 minute live virtual design session. • Space planning suggestions, furniture, and lighting options. • Presentation board • Post-consultation summary with next steps. Perfect for: Homeowners, renters, busy professionals, and anyone who wants designer guidance without the commitment of full-service design. Booking: 1. Book your consultation through our online booking system. 2. You will receive a welcome email for clarity. 3. We need photos, videos, and basic measurements of your space.


Cancellation Policy

Purpose This policy outlines the terms, conditions, and procedures governing the provision of online virtual interior design consultation services. It is designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a consistent experience for clients. ________________________________________ 2. Scope of Services Our virtual interior design services includes: • One-on-one video consultations • Space planning recommendations • Presentation boards. • Furniture and décor suggestions • Color palette recommendations • Product sourcing recommendations • Written design summary or report. Services are delivered remotely via video conferencing, email, and/or secure online platforms. We do not provide architectural, engineering, structural, electrical, plumbing, or construction services for this platform unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. ________________________________________ 3. Booking and Payment 3.1 Booking • All consultations must be scheduled through our official booking platform. • Clients must provide accurate contact details and project information at the time of booking. 3.2 Payment Terms • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. • Payment confirms acceptance of this policy. • Prices are listed in U.S. currency and are subject to change without prior notice. ________________________________________ 4. Cancellations and Rescheduling • Cancellations made at least 24/48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for rescheduling or refund. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable. • Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable. • We reserve the right to reschedule consultations due to unforeseen circumstances.
